DESCRIPTION:
LFP-1030 Reflective Ink is a one-part plastisol ink that contains glass beads, which
reflect light back toward the light source.
OPACITY:
LFP-1030 is semi-transparent.
PRINTING RECOMMENDATIONS:
Print through a 80 MESH screen. Stir well before use. LFP-1030 is a low viscosity ink.
This ensures that the ink penetrates the cloth while the glass beads stay on top, so
reflectivity will be maximized. Printing over an underbase is not recommended, as this
will significantly reduce reflectivity. It may seem like the ink is too thin; it’s not; it works
well like this.
CURING:
Cure at 320F for approximately 90 seconds. Test carefully to ensure that the ink is fully
cured.
MODIFIERS:
LFP-1030 is ready to use. Do not thin or thicken.
