QCM makes the world's best phthalate free plastisol white inks.

All of our inks use high levels of white pigment rather than relying on cheap puff agents to increase opacity. As a consequence our inks provide a superb flat under base for multicolor printing. QCM also mills all of its white ink. This provides extreme pigment dispersion and fine pigment particle sizes providing exceptional opacity and fine detail resolution.

We would recommend XOLB-158 Creamy Glacier White as a starter. This is our most popular multi-purpose white. It has a creamy consistency that is very easy to print, while maintaining amazing opacity. It is excellent for printing on most substrates, such as 100% cotton, 50/50 cotton polyester blends, and fleece fabrics. It has great flash times and that incredible "Glacier Whiteness”. It has good low-bleed qualities and provides exceptional dot and fine detail resolution.
